Do you charge for WiFi? No, we provide complimentary high-speed wireless internet service and electrical outlets at no charge.
Does Calistoga offer Gift Cards? Yes, we do. Please ask about our Calistoga Card at the counter. The Calistoga Card makes a great gift for someone (or yourself!) and is easier to use than cash.
What forms of payment do you accept? We Simply accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
How can I place a large order? Please call our cafe in advance to place large orders. We would be happy to serve your event or party! You can find contact information on our store locator web page.
What coffee blends do you offer?
Our Blends:
Calistoga Blend (Bold):
Calistoga Blend is comprised of three varieties of coffee. Its character is bold and smooth as a drip brewed coffee. As an espresso it is aggressive and intense and uniquely blended to keep its clarity in milk based drinks. The straight espresso drinker will find it bold and rich with an unmatched crèma.
Mocha-Java (Bold):
Mocha-Java is the oldest known blend comprised of Ethiopian and Indonesian Coffees. Coffee was first discovered in Ethiopia and soon cultivated in Indonesia. It was then blended to balance the distinctives of the two resulting in a superior cup. You will find it a bold coffee both chocolaty and smooth with heavy body and a pleasing finish that rises on the palate.
Africa:
Ethiopian Longberry Harrar Horse Special (Bold):
This coffee is as complex as its name with aromas ranging from fruity and flowery enzymatics to exotic fresh leathers. Its flavor follows suit displaying a blueberry fruitiness, earthiness, and an immaculate aftertaste.
Kenya AA (Bold):
Our Kenya is complex displaying fruit (berry, citrus) flavors that alternate with spice. Note the distinct “throaty” finish reminiscent of a good red wine rising deep on the palate.
Central America:
Costa Rica (Medium):
Costa Rican coffee displays a host of wonderful aromas in the likeness of fruit and flowers. It is especially well balanced with a lemony sweetness and light body with chocolate aftertastes.
Guatemala Antigua (Medium):
Round and rich describes the aroma of our Guatemala Antigua calling to mind cocoa and roasted nuts. This Guatemala is rich in flavor, has a nutty smokiness, medium body and fine acidity.
South America:
Brazil (Medium):
Our Brazil is nutty, sweet, low-acid, and displays exceptional bittersweet and chocolate roast tastes. It is creamy and smooth in the cup and those who enjoy a little half and half in their coffee will find this to be a favorite.
Brazil Natural Water Process Decaf (Medium):
Coffees are often decaffeinated via a chemical process detrimental to health. More recent processes have overcome this problem only to leave coffees completely devoid of their original flavor. The newest process, the natural water process, provides the best of both worlds avoiding chemicals in your cup as well as rendering full flavored coffees that maintain varietal distinctions. Colombian (Bold):
Colombian is a very balanced coffee with great body and acidity. In medium to slightly darker roasts, our Colombian displays a wonderful fruity aroma and a caramely distinctive aftertaste.
Indonesia:
Sumatra Mandheling (Bold):
Dry-processed Sumatran coffees are the boldest of the Indonesian coffee-growing world. Low-acid, deep, complex; it is entirely sensed in the anterior regions of the palate. Our Sumatra is known for its heavy body (thick mouth feel), and rich complex earthy flavors.
