A Calistoga rewards card is a way to thank our frequent customers for their loyalty by offering an added value. We will keep track of your purchases and reward you with points for every dollar spent on any item from our menu. Once you have reached 1000 points, we will automatically deduct your entrée or Choose Any Two from you bill.

How do I obtain a rewards card?
You can obtain a Calistoga rewards card for FREE, at any location register.

How much does a rewards card cost?
The rewards card is FREE and is validated at your first purchase of any item. You will earn points the very first time you use the card.

What do you do with my personal profile information when I register online?
We understand your privacy matters. And we will not sell or transfer any personal information. The information will only be used to email reward vouchers, discount coupons, and to better serve you. Your card number and the zip code you provide is your key to accessing your rewards card information.

How do I validate and register my card for first use?
Simply show your card at the time of purchase and it will be swiped for validation upon your first purchase. This automatically enters your card in the system. You can then go online to check your points balance and register for frequent email savings coupons, new product releases, new location announcements and grand opening events.

How do I redeem my points?
Once you reach 1,000 points, the price of your entrée or Choose Any Two will automatically be deducted from your bill.

How do I check my balance of points?
Go to www.CalistogaCafe.com and click on the rewards card page. The first time you use your card online you will be asked to enter your name, address, and email address. Your will then be able to access your points online anytime. Be sure to have your card number and zip code to review history and rewards balance.

What special offers do I get by being a rewards member?
In addition to earning free food when you reach 1,000 points, you will also be emailed coupons, new product information and invitations to grand opening events.

Can I use my rewards card at any Calistoga location?
Yes. You can purchase at any location to obtain rewards points on your account, for any items–large or small.
